House on the Brooks can be booked exclusively, giving your team full privacy across multiple houses and grounds. There are no shared spaces with other guests, ensuring your team can focus without interruptions. Exclusive use for the sauna and Rock cold plunge. Walks from the door into the wild brookland. RSPB and other bird and nature reserves a walk away.
What is the maximum group size?The four houses on the estate accommodate up to 70 guests when multiple houses are booked together.
This allows both private accommodation and large communal spaces for meetings, workshops, or team-building activities.Larger numbers can be added by creating a Bell tent village with landscape views.
Are there facilities for meetings and presentations?While we are not a traditional conference venue, we offer:
- Large communal areas suitable for workshops and meetings
- Breakout spaces for smaller groups
- Flexible layouts for collaborative work
We can also advise on rental of AV equipment if needed.
Is Wi-Fi available for work purposes?Yes. All houses are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for meetings, video calls, and presentations.
What catering options are available?Catering can be:
- Organised by your team, or by our experienced corporate event management team.
- Arranged via recommended local suppliers, many diverse options from chef and silver service to Pizza van
- Fully flexible to match your budget, schedule and dietary requirements.

Can we run outdoor or team-building activities on site?Yes. The Back to Nature estate offers a wide range of natural spaces suitable for:

- Structured team-building exercises with external facilitators
We can recommend trusted providers or work with your chosen facilitator.
