Our four houses are all within walking distance of each other. We built from re-claimed materials to reduce the impact on the natural world. 
 
 Each house has it’s own quirky atmosphere with the stunning biodiversity of the South Downs National Park as the backdrop with 
Wonderous view of sunsets and sunrises to the horizon. 
 
Delight in The Frida Kahlo room in the The Mill House,
 or the Japanese Sauna with Solid rock cold plunge entirely for the use of guests at Tree Tops. 
 
Relax into the sensuous luxury of The Indian room in House on the Brooks.  
 
There are Bothy’s or Vintage Classic Airstream Caravan for flexibility in numbers.  
Furniture and antique architectural salvage from around the world.    
 
Close enough to the sea to have a beach day as part of your walk or sun bathing agenda. 
 
 Each house has the benefit of it’s own private garden. Raised Firepits can be used for BBQ’s or for gathering around for evening fun. 
 
Walks into the Wild Brooks or into the Bluebell Woods from the door to find your earth soul. 
Our team is committed to ensuring your guests have life memorable experiences.
 
We can arrange local catering, paddleboards, canoes, BBQ’S, pub or Grand Country House experiences.

The Magical Moments

The extraordinary position enables walks across the wild wetland brooks to the chalk habitat of the South Downs giving easy access to one of the most bio-diverse parts of the country. The mature chalk stream of the Rother meandering down the valley, gives wonderous access to enjoy the riverside. Walks up to the heathland sands or picknick in woody glade. Create life memories with magical back to nature moments. Or just stay in the garden, light the fire, and party hearty.

Weekend rental runs from 3:30pm Friday to 10:30am Monday.  

Regrettably No Pets, Fireworks or Chinese Lanterns. No Outside Amplified Music.
