For those looking to experience even more of the outdoors, there is a wooded glade nearby, perfect for a bonfire or a magical evening under the stars. In fact, some years ago, a Midsummer Night’s Fairy Party was held here — an unforgettable experience.
If the group grows, the Bothy (just a short walk away) provides additional accommodation, ensuring there’s space for everyone.

The large garden is a private haven, ready for al fresco dining or relaxing in a hot tub. The fire pit area is surrounded by logs, perfect for a BBQ or a relaxing evening under the stars.

Access Policy
Sustainability and inclusion guide our access policy and community ethos. We encourage guests to use public transport, with Pulborough station being the nearest train stop. A free collection service is available for guests arriving by train (just 1 mile from the station), or guests can walk from the station.
To minimise environmental impact, we ask guests to drop off their luggage at the house and then park in our designated free guest car park. No cars will be parked at the house, except for those with disabilities. We are happy to make reasonable adaptations to suit individual needs.
